Responsibilities:

Pay Details: $80,000.00 to $100,000.00 per year

Responsibilities:
- Conducting research, drafting legal documents, and working directly with clients to ensure that their estate plans are comprehensive and legally sound.
- Responsible for collaborating with attorneys and other paralegals to ensure that all aspects of client matters are handled efficiently and effectively.
- Federal and state tax return preparation.
- Probate administration.
- Preparation of accountings and certificates, deeds, and other property transfer documents.
- Preparing stock certificates, deeds, and other property transfer documents to fund revocable and irrevocable trusts Research.
- Researching tax forms, publications, and related matters as requested.
- Maintaining a docket system for the department Communication
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance required
- 8 years of experience with a background in Accounting or Finance
- Shows attention to detail and possesses good organizational skills
- Can prioritize tasks efficiently
- Knows when to work independently and when to seek guidance
- Functions well as part of a team and independently
- Is dependable and reliable
- Has excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and is capable of communicating effectively
- Maintains open and effective communication with colleagues
- Can handle multiple tasks simultaneously while still maintaining a high level of attention to detail.
