What are the responsibilities and job description for the US Sales Manager position at LHH?
We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager responsible for developing and promoting our products to manufacturers, OEMs, distributors, resellers and wholesalers to industries including Auto, Aerospace, Medical, Food, Packaging and more. To accelerate our rapidly we are looking to grow our partner community, we are looking for a motivated self-starter sales driven individual to build upon our partners network that we work with while solving problems.
Responsibilities of a SALES MANAGER includes:
- Responsible for selling and growing business in the US.
- Developing & executing strategic sales objectives.
- Identifying new business opportunities with existing & prospect accounts.
- Identify, sell, collaborate and translate customer priorities.
- Develop account strategies and tactical sales plan with executives.
- Be a strategic hunter with a problem-solving approach.
REQUIRED Experience and Education:
- BA/BS Degree in mechanical engineering, business or related discipline preferred
- Preferred experience selling parts to OEMs, wholesalers, distributors and manufacturing
- Travel may be in any part of the US (Able to travel an average of 25-30%)
- Located in the greater Milwaukee area.
- Excellent sales, presentation/communication skills, plus knowledge and experience of Value-Added Selling.
Salary : $120,000 - $160,000
