SUMMARY

Maintain data integrity throughout the distribution center by performing the following duties.


Participate in the design, development, and implementation of data gathering and reporting methods & procedures within the Operations area.

Recommend and play a key role in implementing procedural changes to improve efficiency of operations, to include leading/managing project teams.

Function as a technical coordinator and internal consultant regarding the needs and requirements of Operations data processing.

Maintain existing SCI reporting tool (Operations Dashboard) in order to support the receiving, selection, small order, shipping and inventory control functions.

Work cross-functionally to develop and implement new SCI reporting tools for use across the Operations area

Leverage PKMS/WMS to its full capacity to identify and implement inbound and outbound improvements

Maintain and administer the warehouse slotting strategy in the reserve, case pick and active pick inventory storage areas

Develop and implement improved waving strategies for operational efficiencies

Provide data and root cause analysis for various operations projects and programs

Support & participate in operations PI events through data observation, collection, analysis and recommendations

Generate weekly and quarterly reports and metrics including but not limited to receiving, selection, small order, display and shipping

Quantify impact of improvements in terms of cost savings, productivity gains and safety enhancements

Consistently demonstrate engagement, leadership, and conduct that aligns with company values


The ideal candidate will possess:

• Associate’s degree in relevant field required. (Bachelor’s degree preferred.)

• 2-4 years' related supply chain analysis experience in a warehouse and/or distribution environment

• High proficiency in PkMS with the ability to holistically leverage technical capabilities across all Operations areas. (Same proficiency in other WMS will also be considered.)

• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Outlook, SCI Reporting, One World.

• Process improvement mindset; previous formal PI experience preferred

• Demonstrated pattern of positive leadership behaviors, effective interpersonal skills, and professional communication skills
