What are the responsibilities and job description for the Systems Analyst position at Liberty Healthcare Corporation?
Due to continued organizational growth, Liberty Healthcare is now hiring for a newly-created Systems Analyst position.
This position will be a key contributor with a new long-term consulting project which endeavors to improve the quality of health care and human services provided to Arizonans who have intellectual and developmental disabilities.
In this role, your responsibilities will primarily focus on providing data, reporting, analytics and visualization in support of a large public agency which serves a significant number of healthcare consumers.
Specific responsibilities will include:
- Serving as the primary “bridge” between business leadership, end-users and IT solutions teams within Liberty, or directly with customers
- Partnering with operations leadership to understand business requirements and operational workflows, and collaborates in the design, development and deployment of relevant IT solutions
- Based on an in depth understanding of business operations - developing process, procedures and systems documentation
- Working closely with program leadership / users to understand and identify system and workflow modification opportunities; assessing severity of the issues and prioritizes responses as appropriate
- Actively involved in systems testing to ensure conformance with functional requirements; identifies and documents workarounds to existing system issues
- Using structured and cost analysis approaches to identify and recommend updates to the current network and computer systems
- Drafting informational materials and graphics to bridge business and technology teams’ understanding and alignment as to process and system design
- Preparing specifications and requirement documents for development team
- Continually evaluating current IT processes to identify areas for increased value, additional efficiency and cost savings

This is a full-time customer-facing role which will require you to regularly work Monday through Friday during business hours in an office in downtown Phoenix, AZ – sorry no telecommuting or working remotely.
