SUMMARY : Prepares, cooks and serves a variety of foods for patients, Café guests, catering events and Meals on Wheels participants in accordance with safety, sanitation and service standards.
Required Education / Training : Ability to read, write, and perform basic math calculations
Required Licensure / Certification / Registration : Clay County Food Handler permit or ServSafe certification within 30 days
Preferred Education / Training : High school diploma or equivalent
Preferred Experience : Two (2) years institutional cooking experience
