Engineering Office Principal
Established, growing engineering consultant is seeking an office principal for their San Antonio location. Potential candidates will have a great opportunity to make their mark on the company and industry by growing their team and revenue in the south-central Texas market.
- Bachelor’s degree: Mechanical, Electrical, or similar discipline. P.E. license in Texas.
- 10 years of MEP engineering experience: project management, designing, budgeting, scheduling, planning, etc.
- Strong client interaction skills and previous business development experience.
- Experience with proposals & bidding projects.
- Manage and mentor junior staff.
- Knowledge of MEP operations and designs including instrumentation & controls.
- Submittal reviews and processes, familiarity of industry standards and codes.
