The Brand Manager will oversee a portfolio of 6 owned brands and will execute the short & long-term brand and innovation strategy, lead the development of the brand positioning, brand activation, marketing planning and assortment architecture. The Brand Manager is expected to oversee, in partnership with cross-functional teams, the day to day operations, including assortment planning, design & development, packaging, marketing and sales performance. This role reports to the SVP of Owned Brands and will have an Associate Manager as a direct report. Execute against short & long-term brand roadmaps. Oversee the day to day operations and partner extensively with cross-functional partners, including merchants, design & development, packaging, marketing and ecommerce to ensure alignment within owned brand strategy and assortment architecture. Oversee associate deliverables Partner with Marketing to execute launch and BAU marketing support. Partner with Brand Ops and Digital Content to summarize sales and reviews data to inform future development. Partner with PD to help meet sustainability benchmarks, work with packaging, marketing & digital to convey messaging.
