What are the responsibilities and job description for the Office Clerk (Entry Level) position at Liberty Rents Property Management?
We are looking for an effective office bilingual clerk (english/spanish) that has the ability to work diligently to help maintain smooth office operations. Will undertake a variety of activities in the office ranging from filing to answering the phone. Must be reliable and hardworking with great communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Answer the phone and assist tenants with any requirements they have for property management.
- Manage accounts with different utility companies.
- Maintain files and records so they remain updated and easily accessible.
- Use office appliances such as photocopiers, printers etc. and computers.
- Basic Excel and Word acknowledgement required.
- Keep records for keys inventory, monitor stocks of office supplies to restock.
- Perform other office duties as assigned as per job task duties.
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: $16.00 - $17.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
