Reporting to the Retail Sales Operations Manager, the Retail Sales Production Support Manager is primarily responsible for managing the efforts of the Production Support Team to ensure efficient and value-added administrative support to the Retail Sales Teams and timely delivery of Applications to Operations.

- Manages the Production Support Team in meeting sales and production quotas (such as pipeline management, files submitted to processing, applications sent and received).
- Acts as Subject Matter Expert for HUD/FHA HECM Underwriting Guidelines as it relates to the Retail Sales Team. Works with the Retail Sales Operational Manager and IT on system enhancements and process changes as needed.
- Develops and maintains overall Production Support Processes to ensure efficient and quality of all Application Files for timely submission to Operations.
- Responsible for hiring, training, performance management and all other management efforts for the Production Support Team.
- Provides analytical support to Retail Sales Operations Manager so we have tools and data to manage the Retail Sales Teams. Provides data during staff meetings on such Age on Pipeline, Pull Through Percentages, Applications Sent/Received Metrics.
- Works with Retail Sale Operational Manager, Control Director, and Compliance to ensure Retail Sales processes follow company and regulatory compliance standards.
- Manages application generation administrative process. Ensures collateral is maintained and the process is completed timely, accurately and efficiently.
- Acts as Subject Matter Expert for HUD/FHA HECM Underwriting Guidelines as it relates to the Retail Sales Team. Works with the Retail Sales Operational Manager and IT on system enhancements and process changes as needed.
- Identifies opportunities for Sales Process improvements. Works closely with Retail Sales Operations Manager to review quality and prioritize opportunities of improvement. Assists Retail Sales Operations Manager in understanding broken processes and inconsistencies.
- Works closely with the Retail Sales Operations Manager to optimize the effectiveness of the company's technology investments, ensuring all correct tools are in place.
- Supports the consistent implementation of company initiatives.
- Builds peer support and strong internal-company relationships with other key management personnel.
- Other duties and projects as needed and instructed by retail sales managers.
Qualifications:
To perform this job successfully, an individual must have the following education and/or experience:
- Minimum of 3 years of production support management experience.
- 5 or more years reverse mortgage operations experience.
- Proficiency working collaboratively with sales leaders to provide support
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Ability to manage priorities.
- Versatility, flexibility and a willingness to work within constantly changing priorities with enthusiasm.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel, Outlook and Power Point and online training software applications.
- Ability to leverage technology to increase efficiencies and cost savings.
- Must possess good judgment, leadership and business skills.
- Ability to be a creative, flexible and innovative team player.
- Ability to maintain satisfactory and regular attendance levels.
Training / Licensing Requirements:
- Must pass the Company's Background Screening process prior to beginning employment. Additionally, as a condition of employment, you may be required to pass client-specific background check requirements or Federal/State licensing requirements, if applicable.
