What are the responsibilities and job description for the Editor position at Library of Congress?
The Congressional Research Service (CRS) Office of Publishing (PUB) is seeking an Editor to join its Editorial Section. PUB manages the distribution of selected CRS written products for Congress. PUB provides oversight of editorial, quality assurance, content management, and visual design and GIS services, working in consultation with authors to edit and publish CRS products in a timely manner.
Qualifications:
Applicants must have had progressively responsible experience and training sufficient in scope and quality to furnish them with an acceptable level of the following knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform the duties of the position without more than normal supervision.
