Allegria Senior Living is looking for a Regional Director of Operations to join our team!!

Will be based out of Inwood (Long Island)

Salary- $180k bonus package

MUST have nursing home Administrator license AND experience with Long Term care!!

** Will required regular travel to our locations in New Jersey, Michigan and Florida locations

Maintain organizational structure
Support building administration
Ensure facilities are in compliance with doh regulations
Ensure facilities are in compliance with Allegria policies and procedures
Ensure communities have the tools they need to succeed
Oversee all communication with the state including but not limited to reportables and POC
Perform monthly audits of communities.
Identify deficiencies and areas that need improvement.
Follow up and correct any and all infractions.
Participate in managers meetings and corporate meetings as needed.
Resident and family customer service
