The Associate Product Owner will work closely together with product managers, engineering teams, administrative support staff, design, marketing and customer service staff to assure the successful delivery, and long-term development of all Lido Labs Company products.
- Owns the creation and management of product deliverables related, but not limited to agile epics and stories, visual workflows/diagrams, documentation, and acceptance criteria with prioritized features and specifications deliverable to platform engineering teams
- Write and provide user stories, technical acceptance criteria, use cases, and documentation focusing on the how to effectively break down high-level product requirements into engineering deliverables
- Lead engineering teams in agile ceremonies that include sprint planning and sequencing, task assignment, hot fix processes, and other sprint deliverables
- Support company employees, divisions and departments with relevant product information necessary to complete their jobs successfully
- Partner with engineering leadership, and project manager(s) to ensure effective utilization of resources, and a manageable scope that can be delivered on-time, on-budget, and with desired quality
- Manage the implementation aspect of the SDLC for all projects related to product development initiatives for Lido Labs company products, coordinating across an offshore agile team to ensure product goals are met
What Youll Bring to the Team:
- Must have at least 2 years experience working with Agile- based, digital product development teams
- Bachelors degree required
- Must have a solid technical background (including familiarity/experience with basic software engineering practices, APIs, integration, and software testing methodologies). Experience in scrum and agile methodologies
- Ability to lead and manage simultaneous projects, with demonstrated success in delivering features and products
- Proven success collaborating across teams of engineers, marketers, designers and client-facing staff
- Strong writing and project management skills required
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial business environment
- Experience with industry standard product/project management tools such Confluence, JIRA, Product Plan, etc. or similar
- Digital marketing, SaaS, e-commerce subscription services or clickthrough optimization experience a plus
- Willingness to travel up to 5% as required
