Job Details
Under the guidance of the Director of Sales Sales Managers, provide administrative support to maximize catering sales across multiple market segments. Maintain department’s tracking systems, databases and reports. Create distribute BEO’S for all events. Attend all booked events to be a liason with client. Represent the sales department both internally and externally in a professional manner in accordance with company standards.

Tasks & Duties |
Sales event requests, traces and coordination. |
Analyze Reports (Uncover any potential leads to distribute to sales management) |
Manage meeting room requests and event site requests |
Sales collateral / marketing coordination (newsletters, sales kits, gift bags, etc.) |
Maintain Opera Triple Seat |
Event proposals, contracts, BEO’s and client management |
Daily Admin tasks: create proposals, contracts, BEO’S cendyn reports |
Attend all events booked through the department to be liason with client |
Lead all BEO meetings along with Sales Manager |
Assist F B Operations as needed |
Perform site inspections |
