### Duties
- Assist the store manager in overseeing daily operations and ensuring efficient store performance
- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve any customer complaints or issues
- Train and supervise employees, including conducting employee orientation and providing ongoing coaching and feedback
- Monitor inventory levels and collaborate with the store manager to place orders for merchandise
- Assist in creating and implementing sales strategies to drive revenue and meet sales targets
- Maintain store appearance and ensure merchandise is displayed attractively
- Handle cash transactions, including opening and closing registers, and prepare daily cash reports
- Collaborate with the store manager to analyze sales data and make recommendations for improvement
- Assist in managing employee schedules to ensure adequate staffing levels
### Experience
- Previous experience in retail management is preferred
- Strong mathematical skills for cash handling and inventory management
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Proven ability to sell products and meet sales goals
- Familiarity with retail sales techniques and customer service best practices
- Ability to effectively manage a team of employees, including providing guidance, feedback, and coaching
- Bilingual skills (if applicable) to effectively communicate with a diverse customer base
