What are the responsibilities and job description for the Service Maintenance Technician position at Liechty Homes?
Valid driver's license required
Operate heavy equipment such as skid steers and payloaders
Able to perform snow removal and lawn maintenance in manufactured housing communities and at office building
Lift and carrying at least 50 pounds a must
Service or repair experience in areas such as plumbing, heating, and/or carpentry preferred.
Must be able to work independently.
Prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently.
Some travel may be required
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
