What You Will Do?
Marquette is loving for a passionate Certified Nursing Aide to work in our Healthcare Center. The Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) assists the licensed and nursing staff by performing routine customer service and nursing care tasks appropriate for delegation to a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA).
Your responsibilities will consist of answering resident call lights promptly, assists with obtaining and providing meals, setting up meals, providing hydration, assists with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, toileting, and incontinence care, eating, transfers, and other necessary tasks for safety and well-being directed by the Charge Nurse.

- Graduate of a state approved CNA Training Program, with passed CNA exam as designated by the State Board of Health.
- Currently licensed with the Indiana State CNA Registry as a Certified Nursing Aide (CNA).
- Practical knowledge of CNA duties and ability to assist Residents in Activities of Daily Living.

CNA's who work in our healthcare center are offered to take part of our special Baylor attendance bonus program. The Baylor work shift concept is a program that provides 40 hours of pay for 30 hours worked without loss of pay or benefits, as long as employees commit to the work conditions, which benefit employees and the Company.
The 30 / 40 Policy allows employees to achieve a work / life balance. In exchange for employees working fewer hours with increased focus, employees receive more time off without loss of pay or benefits.
This Policy is subject to be modified based on the needs of the business.
