  • Maintain current relationships
  • Aggressively attract new clients
  • Networking, cold calling and marketing 
  • Build healthy, industrial sales pipeline
  • Regularly meet Hughes’ clients in region
  • Review projects from leads
  • Respond with urgency to all inquires
  • Assist clients with solutions and value their input
  • Isolate effective bid opportunities
  • Establish and generate product and project estimates   
  • Evaluate/review drawings, specs and other docs. on bids 
  • Develop scope of work 
  • Perform site visits regularly
  • Secure necessary permits timely
