Opportunity 
The Life Surge Sales Advisor is pivotal in converting potential students into participants in the Trade and Real Estate Fulfillment Programs. This position involves many duties ranging from event preparation, networking with prospects, and enrollment processing to specialized sales skills aimed at ensuring a smooth and successful conversion process.  
This position is a contracted 1099 position, not a W-2 position, which means that the individual is considered an independent contractor and is responsible for handling their own taxes, benefits, and other financial obligations. 

Scope of Work 

The role involves coordinating various aspects essential to facilitating successful educational events and securing student enrollments: 

  • Event Preparation: Arrange cost-effective travel planning for events and contribute to the setup and coordination of event details. 

  • Event Travel: Travel Domestically 28-40 weeks per year from Thursday to Monday.  

  • Networking with Prospective Students: Engage with potential students, understand their needs, and effectively present the Kingdom 320 programs. 

  • Deliver Stage Introduction: Give a 2-minute stage introduction about yourself and your experience related to the real estate brand.  

  • Enrollment Processing: Collect and process student information accurately and efficiently within specified time limits. 

  • Sales Skills: Apply techniques that are relevant to the industry’s best practices, emphasize program benefits, and meet sales objectives for each event. 

  • Objection Handling: Identify and address potential objections to reassure prospects and foster confidence in the programs. 

  • Payment Collection: Explain payment options clearly, collect payments accurately, and ensure compliance with security protocols. 

  • Event Tear Down: Collaborate in dismantling event setups and ensuring proper storage and venue cleanup. 

  • Post-Event Follow-up: Maintain regular contact with students, offer exceptional customer service, and explore additional program offerings for future sales opportunities. 

  • Compliance: Maintain and stay current with all compliance requirements. 

Qualifications 

  • Knowledge of real estate investing and/or stock trading 

  • Experience within the sales industry 

  • Skilled in presenting to groups of 60-250 people in a seminar context  

  • Excellent time-management skills
