Project Manager

Hybrid/Remote

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Establishing effective project plans to ensure their execution on time and on budget, including setting milestones and adhering to deadlines with attention to detail

• Provide updated and ongoing communication with external clients and internal co-workers through automated, standardized reporting to help programs scale

• Provide clients with guidance and support in the areas of MyHello (a tech-powered phone-based loneliness intervention---serving seniors) and most effective utilization of technology that scales

• Meet or communicate with internal cross-disciplined team members to make sure that all parties are on track with project requirements, deadlines, schedules and to ensure teams actions remain in synergy

• Coordinate closely with internal Tech Team to drive solutions for clients, provide product feedback and execute strategic initiatives

• Leading internal project meetings to raise concerns or to ensure the project stays on track and that quality standards are maintained

• Assist sales and business development staff in pre-sales activities such as defining solutions, crafting proposals, and presenting solutions to clients, as needed

• Assist with hiring staff members and interviewing, to support the HR manager, and also help in measuring effectiveness of staff (auditing calls, etc.)

• Facilitating change requests to ensure that all parties are informed of the impacts on schedule and budget

• Preparing and delivering status reports to clients directly or by coordinating with the Sales Team / Story Team.

• Assisting with the development of user manuals, training materials, and other documents as needed to enable successful onboarding of new hires and implementation for projects

• Speak with clients directly to help with successful implementation.

• Proactively see issues and suggest solutions.

• Use Microsoft Azure DevOps platform to request technical changes to systems (agile system) and attend daily standups to move projects forward

• Conducting post-project evaluation and identifying successful and unsuccessful project elements

Skills and experience:

• Friendly and helpful in work settings---team player with a positive attitude

• A bachelor’s degree or master’s degree in related fields such as Business, Communications, Marketing

• Project Management Professional certification a plus and/or familiarity with project planning software (Microsoft Project)

• Management of call centers in the past a plus

• Proven experience in project management and management of people

• Ability to lead project teams of various sizes and see them through completion

• Understanding of agile project management methodologies a plus

• Budget management experience

• Experience working in Microsoft Office suite

• Willingness to learn PipelineDeals (CRM system) and other proprietary internal systems including our call center system

• A passion for cutting-edge, industry-leading technology.

• Excellent oral and written communication skills, responsiveness, and attention to detail.

• Proven presentation skills and experience presenting in-person and remotely using Teams, Zoom, or a similar web presentation tool.

• Willingness to work on a flexible work schedule to align with clients in different time zones in the US, although typical hours are 8-5 ET Monday through Friday.

• High level of professionalism.

• Willingness and ability to travel 10-20% of the time.

• Bilingual in English and Spanish a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $41,600.00 - $55,000.00 per year
