What are the responsibilities and job description for the CAC MANAGER position at LifeBridge Health?
JOB SUMMARY:
- Center for Hope’s Children’s Advocacy Center Manager (or “CAC Manager”) will be responsible for protocol development, implementation, supervision and tracking for (1) CFH’s Children’s Advocacy Center (CAC), (2) client experience, assistance and satisfaction and (3) multidisciplinary team (MDT) partnerships.
- For the first and second areas, the Manager will oversee programs that provide services for children and families referred to CFH’s CAC and Forensic Services.
- The Manager will ensure client services that are effective, trauma-informed and follow best practices.
- The Manager will also collaborate with managers overseeing other programs providing client services in the main building.
- For the third area, the Manager will be responsible for overseeing and ensuring strong MDT partnerships are developed and maintained across CFH for effective collaboration and best client outcome
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Seasoned professional knowledge; equivalent to a Master's degree; knowledge in more than one discipline
- Licensed mental health prof
- Strong team-building, problem-solving, organizational, written and oral communication skills - Experience in managing/supervising others - Experience with Children’s Advocacy Centers helpful - Experience in the field of child maltreatment and trauma helpful
- This position is full-time, 40 hours per week - CFH Headquarter hours 9am -7pm Mon-Th, 9am – 5pm F (some evening hours may be required) - Equal Opportunity Employer - Health benefits and parking provided
