Lifecare Home Health Family is seeking a Regional/Area Sales Manager
The right person for this role will be responsible for leading a team, as well as handling the assigned markets, to develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's (Preferred)
- Accomplished Sales Leader with a solid history of meeting sales goals
- Must have 2-3 years of home health experience
- Clinical Background (Preferred)
Skills
- Territory management
- Strong presentation skills.
- Must be proficient in the use of Microsoft programs for internal and external communications, presentations, database tracking/reporting, and spreadsheet applications.
- Must have excellent oral communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Manage territory and 4-5 additional Account Executives
- Achievement of revenue goals and profit objectives for your assigned territory by maintaining and establishing new accounts
- Guide the development and implementation of sales strategies and develop plans to enhance operating margins, and image to clients.
- Effectively direct the planning and implementation of the sales process by identifying and penetrating market opportunities to achieve revenue and admission goals.
