Do you want to get paid for having one of our adult clients live with you in your home, apartment or condo? We have one very independent client looking for a Shared Living Home Care Provider! Up to $34K / Year, Tax Free! LifeConnections is currently looking for an individual, couple or family who wants to be paid for having an adult with a developmental disability live with them in their home, condo or apartment!
What’s involved?
As a Home Care Provider you will provide a safe and comfortable home and support this individual with basic tasks such as meal preparation, medication administration and other basic daily living tasks.
Can I Still Have a Day Job?
YES! All clients attend a staffed community based day program, typically Monday through Friday during work hours.
What if I Need a Break?
Home Care Providers receive 50-75 hours of respite each quarter, so you can go to the wedding… take a weekend off or go visit family.
Do I Get Training & Support?
LifeConnections provides extensive training and on-going support, including monthly home visits and the availability of agency staff to guide and assist providers with any issues that might arise.
Where is there a Need?
We are looking for a Home Care Provider in the greater Johnston area (flexible).
What are the Hiring Requirements?
· Safe Home Inspection
· High School Diploma or GED
Auto/Home/Renters Insurance
· Valid driver's license & 18 years of age
· Authorized to work in the United States
· Satisfactory completion of background screening and applicable pre-employment checks
