Position develops and oversees the implementation of project plans related to the growth and development of vascular and ambulatory surgical centers including expansion, conversion, and construction of new centers, joint ventures, acquisitions, and implementation of operational related services for centers (i.e. service lines). Responsibilities including developing and managing relationships with external vendors including architects & general contractors, assigning responsibilities and assuring completion of tasks of various functional teams, and communicating progress updates to partnering physicians and practice managers. May perform a variety of functions related to the center planning, growth, and maintaining operations of existing centers.

Responsibilities and Duties:
Development and documentation of project plans
Lead & direct meetings & other communications to functional teams and customers
Monitor and update project progress by maintaining project tracking reports and other documentation (i.e. Dashboards, WBS, Timelines, Budgets, etc.).
Identify problems, obstacles, and other issues impacting center operations and project plans. Work with internal and external functional areas to create resolution.
Assist internal and external functional departments as well as existing centers with operational support related activities
Other duties as assigned
Experience:
Experience with NFPA, FGI, and regulatory guidelines (required)
Associates Degree or Apprenticeship
Project Management: 1-4 years (preferred)
Clinical or healthcare experience (preferred)
Management experience (preferred)
Certificated, Licenses, and Registrations:
Project Management Professional (PMP) preferred
Certificate in Applied Project Management (CAPM) preferred
Project Management Institute Certificate (PMI) preferred
