GENERAL DESCRIPTION
Under administrative direction, is responsible for managing and implementing, contract initiation, monitoring, and compliance activities, in accordance with the HHSC contracting policies and procedures.
The contract manager’s task is to ensure consistent management of proposals and contracts under the Behavioral Health Division. This generally includes coordination of the contract management process, as well as development of specific standards for bidding and submission, contract negotiations and document management. The contract manager’s role in the contract development process requires close collaboration with various departments, including clinical operations, project management, account management, business operations and finance.

BENEFITS
Salary Range: $53,000-58,000 per year
Shift Hours: M-F 8-5pm
