Assists patients with tending to personal care and activities of daily living, including but not limited to bathing, grooming, eating, and ambulation.
Reports abnormal findings or changes in physical, mental, and emotional conditions to nursing staff.Assists with keeping patient rooms and common areas stocked, clean and orderly.
JOB REQUIREMENTSMinimum EducationHigh school diploma or equivalent PreferredRequired SkillsCertifications : Basic Life Support (BLS) : within 30 days of hire or transfer.
Handle with Care to be received within 30 days of orientation and kept annuallyCertifications : One of the following certifications are Preferred : State Registered Nursing Assistant (SRNA)Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)Requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgment and the ability to work with minimal supervision.
