The receptionist/concierge provides reception services to the entire community and must maintain a professional appearance/demeanor at all times.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office 365, Including Outlook, Word and Excel.
- Greet residents, families and visitors in a polite, friendly manner
- Answer the main phone line and direct calls to the appropriate department
- Answer basic questions and give information about the community
- Direct guests to the appropriate area
- Assist with resident needs and requests
- Assist with clerical duties as needed
- Maintain package log
- Monitor video surveillance regularly
Minimum Qualifications:
- Must be able to work weekends and holidays
- Must have the ability to effectively communicate verbally and in writing with supervisor, team members, residents, and families
- Basic telephone etiquette and office equipment skills
- Ability to work independently
