What we expect from you: This needs to be a career move, not a steppingstone. Provide individual and group counseling services, provide family counseling, administer assessments and psychological testing, participate in networking, and become a vital team member within our growing practice in Illinois.
Openings: We have openings currently at all office locations, Marion, Mt. Vernon, Vandalia, Salem, Springfield, Edwardsville, St. Louis, and remote. They include:
- Full time and part time.
- Both licensed and unlicensed counselors.
- Days, Evenings, and Weekend hours.
Requirements:
- Will need to be able to work independently.
- Ability to work weekends a plus.
- Complete an assessment prior to your interview.
How are we different from other practices?
- Option of full time or part time.
- Flexibility within you schedule, days, evenings, weekends.
- Paid upfront for the work you do with a set amount.
- You do not have to wait to be reimbursed by insurance, you have a set amount that you make per hour worked.
- We pay for your trainings.
- You are an employee, there is no concern of fee splitting or worrying about taxes.
- You are in control of your career.
- There is some flexibility within your schedule for fully licensed clinicians.
- We take care of the advertising and all the behind the scenes business work, so you just focus on your patient care.
- Vaccinates are not mandated for employment and considered a personal choice.
Benefits for full time employees:
- After you have been employed for 1 year you are eligible for a simple retirement plan through Thrivent Financial, where we match up to 3% of what you earn.
- We pay an additional 8% of what you make towards health insurance. Our health insurance is with BCBS or Illinois.
- After 90 days of employment you are eligible to utilize PTO, paid holiday’s, and Maternity Leave.
- Up to a 4% raise per year at your annual review.
