ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (This is not an exhaustive list of all duties/responsibilities. Other duties may be assigned)
- Work with programs to develop measurement and tracking systems supporting those programs

Develop customized and ad-hoc reports to determine:
- financial impacts and care impacts of programs
- Key cost drivers
- Cost and quality performance metrics
- Clinical data
- Generate and provide programs with monthly and annual data reports to help improve and maintain those programs
- Create interactive dashboards and data visualizations that allow programs to better connect with and interpret data
- Responsible for all state and GOBHI reporting
- Ensure that data is maintained, accurate, and updated regularly
- Ability to gain knowledge of Power BI report writing
- Serve as a resource and point-of-contact for issues associated with data integrity, data analysis, and data visualization
- Ability to use and analyze statistical data
- Tech savvy, proficient in MS software products
- Ability to multi-task, manage time, meet deadlines, and remain calm and professional under pressure
- Maintain standards of confidentiality of Lifeways’ clients and all records
- Perform all work duties and activities in compliance with Lifeway’s policies/procedures, Oregon Administrative Rules, OSHA and HIPAA regulations
QUALIFICATIONS
Required:
- Associate degree in Public Health, Mathematics, Statistics, or related field
- Three years’ experience in a financial analysis, research, or data analysis role
- Valid driver’s license
- Must pass a criminal background check
Preferred:
- Bachelor’s degree in Public Health, Mathematics, Statistics, or related field
Required Physical Demands
- Is frequently required to stand; walk; climb or balance, sit, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl; reach with hands and arms
- Must be able to lift and carry 20 lbs. of weight; push/pull objects
Work Environment
Work in an office setting; the noise level is mild to moderate; potential repetitive hand motion and eye strain; may be exposed to electrical shock and fumes or airborne particles; the work may be stressful.
