Taproom Supervisor
Required skills
- Experience in a lead or management position for a taproom, bar, restaurant, or food service environment.
- Experience in scheduling and employee management
- Must be available to work at least 5 days per week including nights, weekends & holidays.
- Experience with working in a high-volume, fast-paced setting while remaining calm and organized
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to respond to inquiries or complaints from guests with respect and courtesy.
- Working knowledge of Google Applications and general tech equipment and software.
- POS System Knowledge, maintenance troubleshooting, and issue resolution.
Required Duties

- Be an ambassador for Lift Bridge and create a welcoming, fun environment for guests.
- Serve alcohol responsibly by adhering to all Company policies, local, state, and federal regulations concerning the sale of alcohol.
- Maintain and enforce daily cleanliness of the New Richmond taproom, draft cooler, and surrounding areas.
- Assist in staffing the New Richmond taproom and .
- Ensure taproom materials are stocked and reorder as needed.
- Open and close POS system daily during hours of operation.
- Reduce operational costs by staffing the taproom appropriately, minimizing waste, and making sure staff are fulfilling their responsibilities.
- Be able to lift 50 pounds regularly.
