Lift Off Distribution is the local Red Bull Energy Drink distributor for Maryland, Washington DC, and northern and eastern Virginia. Lift Off Distribution is looking to add a team member that brings an engaging and welcoming energy to our Richmond office. This position is responsible for overall front office coordination including but not limited to reception duties, taking calls and dispersing messages, ordering office supplies and supporting the Sales Department. You should also be able to deal with emergencies in a timely and effective manner, while streamlining office operations. Multitasking and stress management skills are essential to be successful in this position.
The Office Manager covers a range of responsibilities to provide support for the Sales, Human Resources, and Finance teams. This position requires excellent attention to detail, ability to communicate across departments, and follow up on all departmental issues.
Responsibilities Include:
Finance:
- Reconcile, correct, post, and deposit Account Manager daily settlements
- Reconcile and manage the office petty cash.
- Communicate and follow up Aged Receivables with Account Managers and Upper Management
- Process credi card payments
HR:
- Provide assistance with and facilitate the human resource processes at locations.
- Assist with recruitment and interview process as well as new employee orientation.
- Manage the benefit review process to include communicating due dates, distribution and collection of paperwork.
Sales:
- Assist Sales with opening new accounts and program changes.
- Manage bulk deliveries for the local sales area.
- Manage and order all required supplies. (Office, uniforms, IT)
- Coordinate safety training and follow up.

Qualifications
- Associate or Bachelor's Degree preferred
- 3 years work experience, preferably in a sales support environment.
- Experience in customer service preferred
- Strong analytical, process improvement, problem solving and leadership skills
- Ability to handle multiple priorities and work well under pressure
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite.
- Great Plains experience a plus.
