Digital Marketing Director
You’ll lead the Liger Partners Digital Marketing Team by identifying new talent to meet the needs of our diverse client base, as well as coaching and mentoring the current team. You’ll work collaboratively with the creative, content, and account teams to strategize and execute defined marketing strategies. You’ll bring your wealth of marketing knowledge to identify the best approach for each client and to grow the Liger Digital Marketing Practice through innovative productization and excellent client service and results. This position will report to the Managing
Partner.
Success in this role requires a strong bias for collaboration, an entrepreneurial spirit, and the desire to consistently delight your clients. Liger is agile and efficient so the willingness to roll up your sleeves to get the job done is a must.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement integrated marketing plans and campaigns across web, SEO, email, social and digital media channels.*
- Improve the profitability and grow the revenue for all digital marketing services to Liger clients.*
- Mentor, hire and train a team of digital marketing professionals.*
- Work cross-collaboratively with agency teams (client success, content,*
creative, etc) to plan and execute on marketing initiatives that achieve our clients’ business objectives.
- Assign and manage projects between internal resources and external vendors depending on project needs and allocated budget.*
- Create and maintain monthly reports and dashboards from numerous digital analytics platforms including Google Analytics, Google Ads, Sprout*
Social and native social media platforms.
- Synthesize data into insights and actions, provide recommendations, and effectively communicate results and next steps to clients.*
- Hire and train marketing team members and manage external agency vendors and partners.*
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5-7 years of digital marketing experience; mix of media planning and comms planning skills strongly preferred*
- Minimum 3 years of experience in managing and growing a team*
- An understanding of all marketing communications mediums*
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing including Search Engine*
Optimization, Paid Search, Email Marketing, Social Media Marketing and
Programmatic Advertising.
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to become an “influential consultant” to clients*
- Ability to link business goals with strategic executions*
- Well-rounded thinker - equally strong conceptual, analytical, and*
executional
- Strong presentation skills, able to construct a logical and cogent narrative*
- Well versed in knowledge and strategic application of key software*
platforms, media research/data analytic tools
