At Lighthouse Autism Center, Program Managers/BCBAs play a vital role in our clients’ outcomes by overseeing treatment packages and staff training for their caseload. As a Program Manager/BCBA, you will assess, develop, and monitor behavior protocols and skill acquisition goals based on the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis. In this position, you manage a smaller caseload of children, as well as lead a team of highly trained ABA Therapists/Registered Behavior Technicians who are responsible for carrying out programs and protocols you have designed for each of your clients.

Important Note: Will undergo a background and drug test at time of hire. Position requires you to have your BCBA Certification.
