We are currently seeking Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) and Registered Nurses (RN) to join our team of caregivers for 12-week temporary assignments.
- We are offering premium pay of an additional $5.00/hr. above the facility’s base pay (depends on experience) during the 12-week assignment!
- Once you complete your 12-week assignment and maintain the facility’s attendance requirements you will be eligible for an additional bonus of $3,000!
- Choose your shift!
- If you like us after your 12-weeks you’ll have the opportunity to join our team and receive benefits including PTO, Medical, and Dental
- Must be new to the Lilac/Orchid Cove Health Group
What you bring to our team:
- Active Florida Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) license
- CPR certification preferred
- Effective verbal and written English communication skills
- Highest level of professionalism with the ability to maintain confidentiality
- Customer service oriented with the ability to work well under pressure
- Problem solving skills
- Approachable, flexible, and adaptable to change
