Prevail Therapeutics, a wholly owned subsidiary of Eli Lilly, was founded in 2017 with the focus of developing a pipeline of gene therapies to slow or stop the underlying disease process for patients with Parkinson's disease and other neurodegenerative disorders. Located in the heart of New York City, at the Alexandria Center, we are excited to take the next steps toward fulfilling our mission.
We are seeking a new team member to join our administrative and facilities staff to assist in administrative support and day to day office operations. This individual may have the following daily tasks:
- Register and greet visitors and vendors
- Manage conference rooms (prepare them for meetings, assist with scheduling conflicts)
- Oversee space reservations on the executive floor
- Assist with team lunches and catered events
- Keep pantries stocked, organized and clean on multiple floors
- Maintain inventory (office supplies, stock the kitchen)
- Interface with vendors to provide seamless support
- Electronic filing
- Provide administrative support to improve office operations
- Own/participate in projects as required
- Distribute non-lab packages received from couriers across three floors
- Package and ship non-lab packages
- Manage building security desk registration and badge access process
Minimum requirements:
- High school diploma or GED
- Experience working in office environment for more than a year
- Qualified candidates must be legally authorized to be employed in the United States. Lilly does not anticipate providing sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H-1B or TN status) for this employment position
- Must Be Able to Lift 50 Lbs.
Additional Skills/Preferences:
- Organized and detail oriented
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Experience using office tools, especially Outlook calendar
- Experience with working in an office environment
- Experience with coordinating and assisting with leading office events
- Demonstrated flexibility with workload peaks and valleys
- Must be adaptable to change
- Experience with calendar management
- Bachelor's degree is a plus

- Travel less than 10% around NYC area
- Must be available to work onsite full time
- Flexibility of coming in early or staying late as needed
- Position Location: NYC, Prevail Therapeutics a wholly owned subsidiary of Eli Lilly.
- Lilly currently anticipates that the base salary for this position could range from between $33,750 to $73,700 and will depend, in part, on the successful candidate’s qualifications for the role, including education and experience. Full-time equivalent employees also will be eligible for a company bonus (depending, in part, on company and individual performance). In addition, Lilly offers a comprehensive benefit program to eligible employees, including eligibility to participate in a company-sponsored 401(k); pension; vacation benefits; eligibility for medical, dental, vision and prescription drug benefits; flexible benefits (e.g., healthcare and/or dependent day care flexible spending accounts); life insurance and death benefits; certain time off and leave of absence benefits; and well-being benefits (e.g., employee assistance program, fitness benefits, and employee clubs and activities).Of course, the compensation described above is subject to change and could be higher or lower than the range described above.
