About the role:
The Video Producer role provides strategy and execution for the creative development and implementation of video and motion design content produced by the Creative Team. This role works closely with the Limeade Marketing team to create best-in-class customer-facing video experiences. This includes videos and animations for social media, events, digital channels, and other content supporting Limeade storytelling and activations.
The Video Producer is responsible for overseeing development of materials from inception to completion, including helping stakeholders understand the objectives, target, messages, and desired outcome. Requires strong written and verbal communication skills, to clearly articulate the work to both internal and external marketing partners.
In this role you will work cross-functionally with the Brand and Solution Marketing team, Product Management, Leadership and Growth teams. Day to day responsibilities include managing creative development and production of videos for the brand experience, maintaining all work flow, presentations, approval processes, schedules and budget management.
This role can be fully remote.
Responsibilities:
- Production Strategy/Execution:
- Produce and edit stellar video content using creative techniques and motion graphics
- Craft strong visual stories in a variety of formats
- Lead and execute all aspects of photo and video shoots
- Create 2D graphic design materials and illustrations under our brand identity
- Determine format, style and length of video content (live action, animation, stop motion, talking heads, voice overs, audio etc,), for each project’s purpose (website, social, ads, pitch decks, webinars, events, product launches, sizzle reels, etc.).
- Manage the creation of video scripts and storyboards, logistics for video shoots, editing and other post-production tasks, clearly and precisely communicating what is needed (footage, transitions, animations, etc.)
- Establish high quality bar such that final deliverables maintain the appropriate production values and Limeade brand voice & tone
- Track trends in video content, approaches, styles, and technology, and suggest ways to implement them when and where they make sense
- Drive organization and management of video content and photography library
- Project Management:
- Lead the planning and logistics for the video production projects, including roadmap, costs, timeframes, etc., as well as complete video campaigns for the Marketing team.
- Manage shoot budgets, allocate resources, set deadlines, scout and obtain locations, and select optimal forms of media for specific projects.
- Negotiate, contract, and manage third-party vendors – gather estimates, negotiate rates, and monitor quality of output for agencies, consultants, contractors, talent, locations, and product vendors.
- Establish strong partnership with product, solution marketing managers, campaign managers and other subject matter experts to help conceive and execute the appropriate range of video projects.
- Oversight of video projects from planning through delivery and developing project scope documents, schedules, and approvals.

Requirements:
- Ability to demonstrate our values in an on-going and consistent way
- 5 years of experience as a photo/video producer with demonstrated experience
- Bachelor’s degree of art, graphic design, production or related field
- Proficient with audio/video editing software (Adobe Premiere, After Effects, Photoshop, FinalCut Pro, etc.), cameras (video and photography), audio and lighting equipment.
- Expert level of operating DSLR, lighting and audio recording relevant software and hardware
- Expert level of digital video and photo editing techniques
- Expert level of photography for both in and out studio environment
- Strong understanding of brand guidelines, design principles and processes
- 2D, 3D motion graphic design experience is preferred
- Video production experience for a digital media agency, production house, or in-house creative, including working with contractors and agencies, organizing shoots, preparing scripts, and supervising post-production.
- Demonstrate a solid understanding of the creative development process
