What are the responsibilities and job description for the Teller position at LimeBank?
Role:
Assist customers with financial transactions in a timely and effect positive manner. Perform routine branch and customer services duties.
Essential Functions & Responsibilities:
- Receives and processes financial transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, transfers, money orders, and loan payments.
- Timely and effectively handles these requests while providing a positive experience.
- Ensure accuracy and attention-to-detail when processing transactions and completing account documentation
- Maintains compliance and ensures consistency by balancing cash drawer and daily transactions and accurately posting transactions to customer accounts.
- Establish and follows policies and procedures of the Bank.
- Other Duties include tasks such as filing, computer input and answering the telephone.
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Customer Service Experience (Preferred)
- Basic Computer Knowledge (Preferred)
- Interpersonal Skills (Preferred)
- Ten key calculator and computer keyboard by touch (Preferred)
- Must be good with detail to deal with numbers and names
Physical Requirements:
- The position may require extended periods of standing and/or sitting.
- Must be able to lift up to 20 pounds.
