Fine Dining Front of House Manager - Limelight
$16 - $19 / hour (overtime available)
Summary / Objective
The Service / FOH Manager is responsible for supervising guest service and ensuring an exceptional experience for every guest.
The FOH Manager oversees, directs, and coordinates the leadership of restaurant staff necessary to achieve stated objectives in sales, costs, employee retention, guest service and satisfaction, food quality, cleanliness, and sanitation.
Essential Functions

- Provides leadership to and daily management of the serving staff and bartenders.
- Ensures quality experiences for all guests. Evaluates and monitors customer service and satisfaction and takes corrective action as needed.
- Provides leadership for entire team by encouraging enthusiasm and a positive attitude and a commitment toward company objectives.
- Ensures employees are well trained and knowledgeable concerning the menu, processes, policies, and systems of the restaurant
- Monitors quality of products and operations.
- Touching tables and interacting with guests
- Leads by example; taking orders, serving food and drinks, and bussing tables as needed
- Recruits, hires, develops, and assists with training and retention of managers and team members.
- Monitors, evaluates, and enforces safe food handling practices and cleanliness standards.
- Holds staff accountable for a pristine environment, every shift
- Uses professional judgment in handling guest issues
- Completes other duties as assigned.
