You will work directly with the Director of Operations,Purchasing Agent, Accounting, Project Managers and Designer as well as Vendors. The goals is to contribute to improving our production processes while reducing costs and delivering units/homes efficiently.
Responsibilities
· Build and sustain relationships with valued trade partners and subcontractors.
- Ensuring that bids are accurate, and all invoicing and specification documents are correct upon submittal.
- Maintain vendor contact database and filing system.
- Assist with budgets on multiple construction jobs at one time
- Manage all contracts to ensure vendor compliance
- Review and organize receipts
- Maintain and update insurance documentation, contracts, agreements with vendors
- Truck or SUV a plus, will be delivering specs to jobsites as needed.
- Permit submittal and learning about permitting process possible
Skills/Experience/Qualifications
We prefer a candidate with experience in residential construction or real estate, permitting processes, project management and or purchasing all a plus. We provide the opportunity to implement your experience, knowledge and ideas while expanding and developing our systems. Qualified candidates will have experience on a team delivering projects on time and on budget and enjoy the busy nature of a rapid growth environment. The successful candidate must be professional, customer oriented, with strong attention to detail.
Compensation

· 2 weeks accruing vacation to start
· 10 paid company holidays per year
