Our beautiful, new state-of-the-art facility is under construction in Jersey City and we are looking for an energetic, highly- motivated team that is passionate about helping people solve problems and improve lives to join our team and start mid-June.

The beautiful new office will look, feel, smell and sound amazing, as well as include amenities, comforts, and the best new technology for our team and our patients to help you feel inspired as you go all in, 100% dedicated to the special vision we have for this place as we embark on this extraordinary journey together! We will be fully digitized, including a brand new Trios 5 intra-oral scanner, Sprintray 3D printer, digital x-rays and CBCT. In addition, our office will have a custom arcade game and official Starbucks coffee machine. No more stopping for coffee on your way to work!

As a member of our team, there will be great training and opportunities for continuing education. Dr. Nick Ciardiello is a Kois trained dentist and thus practices with principles that may be a little different then what you are used to. Don’t worry, you will be trained on all the techniques we will be using. We will constantly strive to improve ourselves and our patient experience together as a team. Consistent and thoughtful communication between all team members will be vital to our success to ensure everyone is on the same page regarding their job description and responsibilities. Open door policy. New, creative, and out of the box ideas are always welcome, and encouraged to help grow our vision and improve patient care.

We are hiring one assistant and one front desk candidate. If you have a fabulous coworker also looking to transition to a higher playing field, we welcome you to apply together! While 3-5 years of experience in dental assisting or front desk experience is preferred, we may work with newer candidates to dentistry who exhibit the drive and motivated attitude that breeds success. An RDA candidate is strongly desired, but Xray license will be considered and CPR certification is mandatory. Front desk candidates must be dedicated to offering Concierge Level service, have dental front office experience, be knowledgeable in insurance codes, submission and eligibility.

The ideal candidates will be willing to help in any area of the practice when necessary and willing to learn new procedures and new, innovative ways of doing things. Prior knowledge of digital, cosmetic and surgical dentistry is a plus, but not required as the team will be receiving training prior to opening.
