We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Commercial Door-to-Door Salesperson to join our dynamic team and drive our growth in the commercial cleaning market.

Job Description:

As a Commercial Door-to-Door Salesperson at Limpiar, you will be responsible for:

  • Prospecting and Lead Generation: Identifying potential business clients by canvassing assigned territories, visiting commercial properties, and networking with key decision-makers.
  • Sales Presentations: Effectively presenting Limpiar's cleaning solutions, highlighting the benefits of our cost-saving, eco-friendly services.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Building and maintaining strong relationships with prospective and current clients to understand their needs and provide tailored cleaning solutions.
  • Sales Targets: Achieving and exceeding sales targets through proactive selling and effective negotiation.
  • Reporting: Maintaining accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions, providing regular updates to the sales manager.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct door-to-door sales visits to commercial properties, including offices, retail stores, and other businesses.
  • Deliver compelling presentations and demonstrations of Limpiar's cleaning services.
  • Follow up on leads and inquiries to convert prospects into customers.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
  • Provide excellent customer service to ensure client satisfaction and retention.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in door-to-door sales, preferably in a B2B environment.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated with a results-oriented approach.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Knowledge of eco-friendly and sustainable products is a plus.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $42,491.94 - $51,173.09 per year
