Job Description:
As a Commercial Door-to-Door Salesperson at Limpiar, you will be responsible for:
- Prospecting and Lead Generation: Identifying potential business clients by canvassing assigned territories, visiting commercial properties, and networking with key decision-makers.
- Sales Presentations: Effectively presenting Limpiar's cleaning solutions, highlighting the benefits of our cost-saving, eco-friendly services.
- Customer Relationship Management: Building and maintaining strong relationships with prospective and current clients to understand their needs and provide tailored cleaning solutions.
- Sales Targets: Achieving and exceeding sales targets through proactive selling and effective negotiation.
- Reporting: Maintaining accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions, providing regular updates to the sales manager.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct door-to-door sales visits to commercial properties, including offices, retail stores, and other businesses.
- Deliver compelling presentations and demonstrations of Limpiar's cleaning services.
- Follow up on leads and inquiries to convert prospects into customers.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
- Provide excellent customer service to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in door-to-door sales, preferably in a B2B environment.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with a results-oriented approach.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Knowledge of eco-friendly and sustainable products is a plus.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $42,491.94 - $51,173.09 per year
