Position Summary: The Project Coordinator’s duties are to aide in ensuring that all projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet high quality standards. The Project Coordinator will oversee small parts of larger projects and processes and is primarily responsible for administrative tasks. This position will support the project and administrative needs of the Operations, Project Management, Engineering, and Human Resources departments within Fort Collins to include but not limited to verbal or written correspondence, setting up project budgets in Epicor, facilitating shipping details with dispatchers, and other various administrative tasks associated with tracking project deliverables, dates and monitoring deadlines; and payroll, benefit tracking, special event coordination.
Required Education and Experience:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 2-5 years of administrative experience
Essential Functions:
- Inputs project budgets into ERP system
- Collects and tracks action items from meetings and huddles, drives action items to completion
- When appropriate, pulls reports from Epicor that will trigger invoicing
- Manages deliverable dates in Epicor
- Manages forecasted hours in Epicor, adding to or adjusting hours as directed
- Coordinates and prepares Stage Gate Reviews, collects and tracks corresponding action items
- Tracks assembly hours by project, coordinates with Production Team on hours used
- Conducts inventory at the conclusion of projects for possible restocking of parts
- Updates necessary tracking system(s) to ensure that project and/or program status is maintained with accuracy;
- Creates and distributes correspondence relevant to the team, project, or function (internal and external);
- Completes assigned projects on time, to specifications, and with accuracy and efficiency;
- Addresses questions, concerns, and/or complaints throughout the project or process;
- Assists with administrative preparation for various meetings and events;
- Provides ad hoc reports as requested;
- Works with leadership team to eliminate blockers and bring projects to closure;
- Provides additional administrative support as required;

- Physical demands: There is occasional bending, stretching and reaching in relationship to installing computer cables and peripheral attachments. This position requires manual dexterity and visual acuity to use a computer keyboard and CRT screen. Simple hand tools are used during the installation of new equipment.
- Work environment: Work is primarily sedentary. The noise level is usually quiet to moderate.
Wage Rate: $37,586.00 - $69,803.00
