REPORTS TO: Recruiting Manager STATUS: Exempt

JOB SUMMARY:
Responsible for sourcing and attracting talent using recruitment plans, extends offers to candidates and onboard hourly production positions.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
- Screening, and recruitment of candidates both in person and on the phone.
- Review resumes and applications to determine best available candidate(s) for open positions.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and supervisors, managers, and department heads.
- Post jobs internally and externally to attract talent for all positions.
- Evaluate internal candidates’ eligibility for internal transfer process.
- Monitor applicant database and update candidates’ hiring stages in Kronos.
- Document screening conversations and applicable hiring notes for all candidates.
- Write and deliver job offers to candidates.
- Follow up and provide interview feedback and manager decision to candidates.
- Create and maintain all employee files for the human resources department, including EEO data, I9, etc.
- Assist with onboarding of employees and create new hire packets.
- Process background checks for all employees.
- Participate and provide feedback in department hiring and strategy meetings.
- Schedule pre-employment drug screens and physicals for hires.
- All other duties as assigned.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES
- MUST have knowledge of standard office procedures, including filing and calendar systems.
- MUST be proficient in maintaining and organizing office materials and files.
- Skill in creating reports and documents with minimal instruction is preferred.
- MUST be proficient in using a computer and a variety of software, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
- MUST be able to communicate in a professional manner, both verbally and in writing at all times.
- MUST have solid skills in multi-tasking.
- MUST be able to safeguard and maintain professional etiquette when handling sensitive employee information.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Ability to be a good representative of the Company and always display the highest levels of ethical behavior and integrity.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
- Fluent in Spanish and English, verbally and written is required.
- Minimum of one year of experience in customer service, office work, or human resources is preferred.
