Lincoln Tech in Paramus, NJ is looking for an energetic, customer-centric Admissions Facilitator. In this position, you would support the Admissions office's strategic goals, helping to administer the day-to-day workflow while also facilitating the admissions process. You would be responsible for managing large volumes of confidential information, with strong attention to detail, adherence to deadlines, and exceptional customer service skills.
What You'll Do
- Support Admissions initiatives by assisting students throughout the application process
- Respond to admissions-related inquiries from parents, high school personnel, campus partners, and internal staff
- Maintain accurate information for applicants
- Attend Admissions events
- Assist in the preparation and facilitation of scholarship testing
- Maintain admissions-related data and correspondence
- Provide overall support to the Admissions Department
- Report to the Director of Admissions
- High school diploma or GED
- Strong customer service skills
- Excellent telephone etiquette
- A strong sense of urgency and ability to multitask
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
