Lincoln Tech's Paramus, NJ campus is looking for a Clinical Site Manager who, as a part of the school's management team, coordinates the clinical component of the nursing program. You would aim to achieve the stated outcomes of the program, maintain optimum student count and fulfill the institutional aims and mission of the organization, while maintaining the school at the highest level of quality, ethics, and integrity.

Responsibilities
- Obtain and maintain relationships with clinical sites such as Skilled Nursing Facilities, Rehab Centers and hospitals.
- Secure site agreement to welcome our students and instructors into the site which provides the setting for instruction with direct patient care
- Schedule faculty and students for all clinical experiences
- Assist with faculty recruitment, orientation, professional development, and evaluation
- Ensure that instructors are present as scheduled and provisions are made for clinical faculty absences
- Conduct clinical site visits to oversee the quality of clinical instruction occurring in the facility. Shares observations and reviews results with relevant parties
- Manage and ensure satisfactory student progress through the clinical rotations and skill lab process
- Maintain the lab setting for skill demonstration purposes
- Develop, implement and evaluate lab skill process for all lab objectives, as indicated in the program syllabus
- Review current and future needs of equipment and clinical supplies; make recommendations to the Nursing Program Administrator/Director of Nursing Education for equipment and supply purchases
- Ensure that the school's operations are in compliance with government, accreditation, and company policies and procedures
Skills & Experience
- BSN required, MSN a plus!
- 3 years of experience in clinical education or management
- Current NJ State RN License
- Effective Communication Skills
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Teams, Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Excellent organization skills and ability to thrive in a fast paced environment
- Previous interviewing and onboarding experience is a plus
- Current driver's license
