Job Description:
Lincoln Technology is a Design and LCD Integration Company, focused on creating solutions with unrivaled optical performance. As the Quality Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and ensuring the highest standards of product quality, adherence to regulatory requirements, continuous improvement of our quality management systems and ensuring proper reporting methods are being utilized. You will play a critical role in maintaining customer satisfaction and driving our commitment to excellence. This role will report to VP of Operations.
Responsibilities:
- Establish and track key quality metrics, analyzing data and generating reports to monitor performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Submit requested weekly performance metrics to management, as well as provide quality sampling and statistics as required.
- Provide an expertise level of report writing and reviewing.
- Perform RCA (root cause analysis, 8D reports) and implement SCAR’s (supplier corrective action requests).
- Work with sales team and customers to troubleshoot and resolve issues as efficiently and quickly as possible.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including manufacturing and engineering, to resolve quality issues, improve processes and to provide closed loop feedback.
- Manage assigned customer and supplier quality audits.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Quality Management, Engineering, or a related discipline (i.e. Electrical/Software background).
- Minimum 5 years Quality Manage experience, preferably in the display technology industry.
- Strong technical background with a solid understanding of engineering principles, product development, and manufacturing processes.
- Must be able to decipher complex reports, as well as create intricate quality documents for internal and external use.
- Experience or detailed knowledge of hardware system design and PCB layout failure points.
- In-depth knowledge of ISO 9001 standards.
- Strong understanding of continuous improvement methodologies, such as Six Sigma.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with the capacity to identify root causes and implement effective corrective actions.
- Work with our factory in Shenzhen, China will be required, which will include occasional after-hours communication.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and leadership skills.
- Must have prior customer facing experience.
- International and domestic travel required occasionally.
- Position is based in Cary, NC and this is an in the office work environment.
Salary : $92,700 - $117,000
