Job Overview:
Linde, a fortune 250 company, is looking for an experienced installations projects planner. This position reports directly to the Installation Superintendent.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Schedule trucking and cranes for the installation process.
- Ensure equipment delivery timing for the installation process
- Equipment data entries using JDE
- Initial Impressions data entry
- Position could require up to 5% domestic travel.
- Position must work in the Willis Texas location.
- Management of customer owned systems that are new to Linde
- Management of Linde system removals
- Prep installation book for projects
Qualifications:
- Strong interpersonal and communications skills
- Ability to interface effectively with all levels within the company as well as organizations outside the company.
- Strong ability to multitask in a fast moving environment with excellent time management skills.
- Proven ability in scheduling trucks and cranes.
- Proven skill with computers a must.
- Fast learner.
- Hard worker.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel
