Lindora, America’s leading clinical weight management and wellness provider is growing fast, creating fantastic opportunities for a General Manager for our Rancho Cucamonga, CA location. This is a base salary plus commission opportunity.

About the Position:
This unique, hands-on General Manager position requires:
A Strong Sales and Management Background.
Responsibilities of the position:
- Meet/exceed monthly clinic sales and performance goals to include ownership of membership and clinic cash sales goals.
- Utilize financial report to evaluate clinic financial projection to goal.
- Domain expert on all Lindora programs, products, promotions, and wellness services.
- Complete assigned patient care calls daily
- Review patient visits and conduct case studies weekly to meet clinic weight loss percentage goals.
- Accurately manage clinic revenue, to include cash, credit/debit cards, and checks.
- Effectively manage all clinic inventory, to include both merchandise and medical supplies.
- Ensure clinic merchandising displays and protein/product shelves follow branding standards.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3-5 years of proven management and leadership experience
- Minimum 3-5 years of previous sales experience, preferably in healthcare, health and wellness, med spa, or fitness is highly desired.
- High school diploma, or equivalent.
- Minimum of 3-5 years in interviewing, training & development.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in doing operational functions such as employee schedules, write ups, reviews, terminations and approval of timecards.

- Monday to Friday plus every other Saturday 8AM- 12 Noon.
