Job Description:
Our Service BDC Representatives often are the first contact a customer has with the Lindsay Honda Service Department. Their responsibility is to schedule appointments as well as to help customers with questions concerning their vehicle. The Service BDC Representatives also make outbound calls alerting customers of parts that have arrived, recalls that need to be addressed, as well as any reminders or information that will improve the customer experience.
Skills Required
Ability to navigate a computer efficiently
Typing speed of at least 30 words per minute
Strong communication skills
Must have a clean and neat appearance
Speak clearly
Must like people and enjoy interacting with customers and employees
Ability to work in a busy sometimes loud call center
Responsible for meeting daily call requirements
