We are searching for a Customer Service Sales Representative to be responsible for assisting our senior sales team with developing marketing opportunities and implementing new sales plans for our clients within the technology and communication industries.

In the Customer Service Sales Representative, you will act as the first point of contact for customers, which will provide you with experience in our industry while gaining knowledge of technical details, industry trends, and developing points of contact. We encourage idea sharing, problem-solving, and teamwork in our environment; and are willing to offer many opportunities for professional advancement along the way!

Responsibilities of the Customer Service Sales Representative:

  • Spread awareness and increase visibility by maintaining a comprehensive understanding of our clients.
  • Staying current in the industry by attending educational opportunities and workshops.
  • Present recommendations to clients based upon learned consultative selling strategies and anticipating the customer's needs.
  • Address and escalate client concerns to responsible parties, and follow-up as necessary to ensure the most satisfactory experience.
  • Implementing and developing new sales plans and advertising techniques.
  • Evaluate customers’ knowledge and needs, building productive long-lasting relationships.
  • Improve consumer engagement and understanding of clients' products and services.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $32,890.00 - $77,457.00 per year

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Weekend availability
