Responsibilities :
- Manage a team of customer service representatives and oversee daily office operations
- Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures
- Resolve escalated customer issues and complaints in a timely and professional manner
- Monitor customer satisfaction and implement strategies to improve overall experience
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless customer interactions
- Use and represent Lindsay Window's Core Values in all daily functions
- Aid and assist finance in Accounts Payable (AP) operations
Requirements :
- Previous experience in a customer service management role, 3-5 years of applicable work experience
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused mindset
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite, ability to adapt to new software
- Bachelor's degree in business or related field preferred
- Building or Construction experience helpful
Rate :
- $50,000-$65,000 / year. Salary Exempt
- Pay is dependent on experience (DOE)
